The house is located about 100 m from Putzu Idu beach, ideal for families with children, for the safety of the seabed and for the fine sand with which they can play and create sand castles. It is also within walking distance of every marina service, grocery store, newsagent, bazaar, bars and restaurants, allowing guests on vacation to completely disconnect from everything, allowing them not to use the car for every simple purchase or need.
