The Capo Mannu house is part of a small complex of seven units, obtained from one of the oldest houses in the marina. Each house faces a very nice internal courtyard where you can relax or eat outside. The house is located about 100 m from Putzu Idu beach, ideal for families with children, for the safety of its seabed and for the fine sand with which they can play and create sand castles. It is located a few steps from every service in the marina, such as a grocery store, newsagent, bazaar, bars and restaurants, allowing guests on vacation to completely disconnect from everything, allowing them not to take the car for every simple purchase or need. Many houses are proposed to be at the seaside but few enjoy this logistics.
The small complex to which it belongs is ideal for friends or small groups looking for adjacent properties to spend their holidays together.
The Capo Mannu house is located on the first floor. It is equipped with a beautiful double bedroom with a Japanese bed, with a comfortable bunk bed for two extra beds, and another very nice double bedroom. The house is furnished in a maritime style, you can find many objects inside that come from the sea and that give the house a fantastic energy, they are almost all things that I created by adapting them and shaping them to the spaces you will live in. The house is small but very comfortable and convenient. It does not have a large outdoor area, but enjoys incredible logistics linked to its location.
The basic equipment (pots - pans - cutlery - cutting boards - wi fi) are all present, we think to remove the TV to offer you a place where you can lose track of time and really disconnect from the metropolitan world, being able to dedicate yourself fully to reading and human relationships.
