The property is located at 5 Kms north of Lucca, at just few hundreds meters from the most renomated 'Lucca's historical villas' (VIlla Reale, Villa Grabau, Villa Oliva)
The villa consists of 3 floors with a total surface of approx. 800 sqm.
GROUND FLOOR
In the ground floor there is a big cellar, that has been re-converted into the original winecellar, with wine tasting areas for the guests, some original oak barrels, a great wine selection room. Direct access to the main garden.
In this floor there is the main kitchen with inside the original wood oven, the dining room, a storage room, one bathroom, a second smaller kitchen, a living room, one bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR
