Positive: Waking up with a view like the one from this place is unbeatable! One morning the sun was shining but everything below us was covered in fog with only a few of the neighbouring peaks sticking up like islands in a sea of fog. The village of Aubazines is only 10 minutes walk downhill and has some services such as a bar, a restaurant, a tea room and a small grocery store ... with fresh bread in the morning. The apartment is functional and nicely decorated. The bedroom is upstairs with a nice bathroom and a good shower. There is some outside space by the apartment and a small garden for guests 20 yards away with a beautiful view and table and chairs. A great place to view the sunset. There is a dedicated space to park your car. There are nice walks in the surrounding forest accessible with no need to take the car. Hans Erik and Nicoline are lovely hosts and helpful with advice and suggestions.
