Villa Tana Margianis, officially registered under number: www.iun-ras.eu/R6174, is located just outside the small village of Perdaxius, in the province of Carbonia / Iglesias, in the south of Sardinia. The house has a large, spacious kitchen with 5-burner stove and electric oven, a dishwasher and a luxury coffee machine.
The villa has Wi-Fi.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom en suite, one with a double bed and a single bed and one with a double bed and a cot. The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and bidet, spacious sink and spacious shower with luxurious shower column.
Around the villa you can enjoy space and tranquility with beautiful views of the mountains, with beautiful sunsets. Behind the villa is the swimming pool or 11 x 5 meters.
The various beaches can be reached by car within half an hour. In the village there are several shops and a small supermarket. The nearby Narcao (3 km) has a large supermarket.
The villa was completely renovated in 2017 and all furniture was newly purchased.

Summary: We stayed here a few years ago and the improvements have added to this amazing place. The villa is spacious & clean with all the equipment you need but the outside is fantastic. Large swimming pool, great barbeque and eating area plus several patios.The host's are lovely and friendly and offer meals and provisions to order.A lovely relaxing holiday.
