The newly furnished and renovated apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the lake in an absolutely quiet location. WiFi included. It is only about 900m to the water. The district of Gundholzen in the municipality of Gaienhofen is only a few kilometers away from Switzerland. The beach resorts, interesting cities such as Constance as well as various local recreation and nature reserves are in the immediate vicinity or very easy to reach. Cyclists enjoy the well-developed trails in nature reserves around the lake. Radolfzell, the island of Mainau and Schaffhausen with its Rhine Falls are also great places to visit.

The 2-room apartment with a total of 55 square meters has a bedroom (double bed 2 x 90cm x 200cm), a spacious living room with dining area, bathroom with tub and kitchen.
