The 40 m² holiday apartment ‘Fichte’ is located in the basement of the newly built holiday home. The charming apartment, which is 3-star DTV classified, consists of an open living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person and a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom (with one double bed and one single bed) as well as one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine and a dryer. A highchair, a baby cot and a children’s bed are available upon request. The playground on the property makes this the ideal accommodation for holidays with the kids. A beautiful shared garden with a barbecue is also available for you to enjoy on sunny days.
