Die 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses mit direktem Zugang zum Garten. TV, W-Lan, Spülmaschine und ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus sorgen für Ihren Komfort. Hunde sind bei uns herzlich Willkommen und werden mit 5,--EUR pro Nacht berechnet. NEU: Ab 1. April 2019 erhalten unsere Gäste die Echt-Bodensee-Card und somit freie Fahrt mit Bus und Bahn innerhalb des Bodo-Verkehrsverbundes und Vorteile bei zahlreichen Attraktionen rund um den Bodensee. Immenstaad liegt zentral am nördlichen Bodenseeufer zwischen Meersburg und Friedrichshafen. Unser Ortsteil Kippenhausen befindet sich ca. 2km von Immenstaad und vom Bodenseeufer entfernt. Alle Ausflugsziele sind von dort aus gut zu erreichen. Von Immenstaad aus fahren die Bodenseeschiffe der Weißen Flotte regelmäßig zur Insel Mainau, nach Konstanz, Friedrichshafen und Lindau. Bettwäscher, Handtücher, Haarfön, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel und Müllbeutel sind vorhanden.
