Unser Haus ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Im Garten gibt es auf dem Spielplatz und bei den Kleintieren viel zu entdecken. Zum Entspannen stehen Liegestühle und ein Freisitz mit Grillkamin zur Verfügung. Unterreitnau ist ein idyllisch gelegener Ort, umgeben von Wiesen, Wäldern und Obstgärten. Durch die halbstündliche Busanbindung in Hausnähe gibt es eine weitere Möglichkeit, die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hinterland bietet ebenfalls viele Möglichkeiten für Nordic-Walking, Wanderungen oder Radouren, z.B. zum 5 km entfernten Degersee, einem natürlichen Badesee. Ziele für Wintersport sind mit einer Fahrzeit von 1/2 bis 1 Stunde zu erreichen.
Die Einliegerwohnung unseres Obst- und Ferienhofs in ruhiger Lage eignet sich sowohl für Familien mit Kindern, als auch für Ruhe suchende Gäste, da unser großes (2000qm) gepflegtes Gartengrundstück mit Spielplatz und Streicheltieren sowie verschiedenen Sitzplätzen allen Bedürfnissen gerecht wird. Unsere ansprechend mit passenden Details ausgestattete Nichtraucherwohnung wurde im Winter 2016 komplett neu renoviert und mit wertigen Möbeln im Landhausstiel neu eingerichtet. Die FeWo ist 60qm groß und eignet sich für 1-4 Personen. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Wohn-/Esszimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten separaten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Fenster. Eine überdachte Terrasse (nach Süden ausgerichtet) direkt am Wohnzimmer, sowie ein Parkplatz am Haus gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung.
