Unser Standort in Konstanz-Dingelsdorf: Unsere beiden Ferienhäuser in Konstanz-Dingelsdorf liegen nebeneinander, nur 100 m vom Bodenseeufer entfernt. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichen Sie den Schiffsanlegesteg (300 m), die Ortsmitte, sowie das kostenfreie Strandbad (400 m). Dingelsdorf liegt 11 km von Konstanz und dem Bahnhof entfernt, 24 km vom Bodensee-Airport Friedrichshafen und 70 km vom Flugplatz Kloten bei Zürich. Es ist ein bevorzugtes Wohngebiet von Konstanz mit vielen Gärten und nahen Hügeln mit Obstwiesen und Wäldern. Unsere Häuser mit 5 Ferienwohnungen sind besonders interessant für Gruppen und befreundete Familien. Man wohnt nebeneinander und hat doch sein eigenes Reich. An den Häusern führt der Bodensee-Rundweg vorbei (256 km). Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Spiel und Spaß in div. Parks, Wassersport, Golfen, Reiten, Tennis, Bergwandern (die Alpen sind nur 60 km entfernt). Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte finden Sie im Ort und den Nachbarorten. In Konstanz fand von 1414 - 1418 das einzige Konzil nördlich der Alpen statt. Hiesige Sehenswürdigkeiten: Archäologisches Landesmuseum Baden-Württemberg (ALM), städtisches Rosgartenmuseum, Pfahlbauten, Blumeninsel Mainau, Gemüseinsel Reichenau, Rheinfall (CH, 40 km), die 1.000 Jahre alte Meersburg, Säntis (60 km, 2.500 m), der Hausberg des Sees u.v.m. Parkmöglichkeiten für Räder und PKWs sind am Haus. Wir stellen kostenfrei WLAN zur Verfügung. Sie können den großen Garten mit Teich, Terrasse und Pavillon sowie Grillstelle nutzen. Die halbstündlich verkehrenden Linienbusse verbinden Dingelsdorf mit Konstanz bis spät in der Nacht. Sie sind für den Gast kostenfrei.
