Im denkmalgeschütztem Wohnhaus mitten auf der Lindauer Insel im sonnigen Bodensee befinden sich drei"Lindau - die Trauminsel"Ferienwohnungen. Die Wohnungen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Seepromenade, Yachthafen, Bade- und Einkaufs-möglichkeiten, Kino, Theater und dem Insel-Bahnhof. Freuen sie sich an der weltbekannten Hafeneinfahrt mit dem Neuen Leuchtturm und dem Bayerischen Löwen, dem Wahrzeichen Lindaus, der Stadt die Hölderlin "das glückselige Lindau" genannt hat! Genießen Sie die romantische Urlaubsregion am Bodensee, der bayerischen Riviera. Im Dreiländereck zwischen Deutschland, der Schweiz und Österreich kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Lindau ist zu unserer Trauminsel geworden! Viele Jahre haben wir auf dieser wunderschönen Insel Urlaub gemacht. Wir stammen aus Hessen und dürfen seit 2010 auf dieser lebenswerten, liebenswerten und voller Sonne ausgestatteten Lindauer Insel leben. Schon immer haben wir nach den wunderschönen Lindauer Altstadthäusern geschaut und hatten hier wirklich großes Glück, dies zu erwerben. Sie finden uns ganz in der Nähe und haben immer einen Ansprechpartner,alle drei Appartements sind von privat geführt.
Das 34 qm große Appartement für 2-3 Personen wurde komplett saniert und neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoß. Sie hat einen großen Wohn-Schlafraum, einen zusätzlichen kleinen Schlafraum für eine Person, sowie eine Küchenzeile, neuem Bad mit Dusche und WC. Den hauseigenen Parkplatz stellen wir Ihnen zum Sonderpreis von 3,00 EUR pro Tag zur Verfügung. Die Endreinigung und WLAN ist im Preis enthalten. TV, Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, Bettwäsche, Tischwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher, ein Fön und ein abgeschlossener Fahrradabstellplatz ist vorhanden. Zum Be- und Entladen können Sie direkt vor die Haustüre fahren. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen (Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr).Das App. ist zum 3. Mal in Folge in den Jahren 2017/2018/2019 von HolidayCheck mit 5,7 von maximal 6 Sternen ausgezeichnet worden. Auf Anfrage ist die Wohnung auch ab einer Nacht buchbar.
