The residence is well located, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Maria Pia and 10 minutes from the historic centre of Alghero. The area is well-served by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, everything you need for a relaxed holiday. There are even sailing and windsurfing schools on your doorstep.

The city is home to a wide range of beautiful churches, museums and palaces, making it a great destination at any time of year. The historic centre’s cobbled streets open onto lively squares.
