Positive: The room was nice, clean and had all basic things. The access was also easy. The area is also quiet yet well connected to public transport. The river is closeby. Overall everything was very nice and comfortable. The help line was also easy to reach and helpful. The communication was good.

Negative: The regular check in time was at 16:00, but it’s possible to check in early with a fee. The check out time is 10:00 which was a bit early for us, but we did not check this while booking. The cooking top is close to the fire alarm and there were so many notices that if a fire alarm is triggered there will be fine of 1500 eur. This made us very concerned while cooking anything. There was no wipes to clean the kitchen surface, just paper towel. It would have been helpful if this was there.
