Summary: Laurence's townhouse is as advertised. The house is roomy with 5 bedrooms on the upper 2 levels and a large open living area on the ground floor with a large modern kitchen with all the appliances you need for a home away stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious with excellent showers. The backyard is a huge bonus with a swimming pool, lounge chairs and a dining area, where we were able to relax after a long day of touring. Everything in Aix is within walking distance, though it has easy access to the city's buses if you prefer. Our group of three people in our 70s walked everywhere. We had a car for visiting other sites in the area, so it was nice to have enclosed parking in back outside of the poll area. Lastly, Laurence was caring host who wasa available to answer any questions we had and who offered recommendations for restaurants close by.
