You will be 5 minutes from the beaches of Argeles, the Heureuse Valley and its streams, 10 minutes from Collioure and the rocky coast with its coves, 15 minutes from the peak Néoulos and 20 minutes from Spain.
The district, pavilion, is calm and in immediate proximity of the services and trade (supermarket with 200m)
The location is ideal to discover the Catalan country and enjoy the sea, the beauty of the landscapes, the mountains and hikes and incursions in Spain. The beaches are accessible by bike.
The house includes the accommodation offered for rent, on the 1st floor as well as a small housing on the ground floor that I occupy very occasionally.
