The villa (280 m²) is built over 2 floors and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms, fully air conditioned:
- The ground floor is composed of a spacious living room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows which offer brilliant views whilst also creating a bright atmosphere inside. A cosy sitting area with couches and open fire place, a dining area and a quality Gaggenau kitchen for preparing gourmet meals. Access to the outdoor terraces with lounge chairs, table and panorama lake views. Toilet. On this floor are also two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and one bathroom with bath tub.
- The first floor has another two double bedrooms accessing a balcony with lakeview, and a bathroom with shower.
The outdoors are superbly designed to enjoy a dream vacation with several terraces and a pretty manicured lawn boasting 180-degree views over the Como lake from Lenno to Bellagio. Relax in the hammock or in the Jacuzzi, sip an aperitivo drink in the comfy deck chairs, fire up the barbecue and dine under the stars! The swimming pool can be heated all year round and is surrounded by a deck with sun loungers.
The Villa Nadea is situated in a peaceful residential area of the lakeside village Mezzegra, Tremezzina at about 1 km from the lake shore. It is one of the most sought after areas of Lake Como, ideally located centrally of the lake so you can easily visit and discover all the wonderful sights and attractions around. You’ll find many typical Italian boutiques and excellent local trattorias nearby. Hop on a ferry and explore the magical Como lake villages Bellagio, Varenna, and much much more.

RENTAL CONDITIONS – VILLA NADEA:
