Positive: the hotel is amazing. the rooms are big and comfy, the heating is from the floor so it is convenient. it has a view of a ski resort. there's parking. the staff it great. we arrived and there was a bad smell in the kitchen - we called the office around 20:00 when we arrived and they arrived at 21 to check. they gave us a different room (exactly the same) so we won't have to deal with the smell. recommend!

Negative: there was a bad smell from the kitchen - however when we updated the staff they came to check immediately and when they understood there's no possibility of getting rid of it on time, they gave us a different room

Summary: Amazing, great staff, location, parking and rooms. recommended!
