Summary: Positive experiences at Radisson Blue. Receptionist Claudio was friendly at check-in, and we got a nice room. Receptionist Simon was very service-minded and, together with his colleague from Estonia, should be praised for being helpful in investigating various questions we had about parking, the area and a trip to Strasbourg. Negative experiences: After the first night, we found a small animal in the bed, and we were upset about that. Cleaning the edges behind the bed rail by the light panel was not done properly. We complained about it to Simon, who sent extra cleaning and offered free parking. At the entrance to the hotel, ashtrays are set up, so smoking hotel guests stand on both sides when you pass by. My husband has asthma, and we are both non-smokers, and therefore it is very unpleasant to have to go through cigarette smoke when you enter the hotel. We would suggest that you move the smoking area to another place than at the entrance to the hotel. Attached pictures for information. Kind regards from two hotel guests
