Welcome to my bright 60 m2 apartment in Lyon 7! On the 6th floor WITH elevator, the apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms - 1 adult and 1 child bedroom with a baby bed and sofa bed - 1 nice bathroom with bathtub, 1 large living room and a beautiful wooden terrace! It is ideally located near the VIEUX LYON and the PART DIEU (a few minutes by transport) and 15 min walk from BELLECOUR, in a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants. Excellent stay! ## Logement The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay in Lyon. It will be very appreciated for its proximity to the local's favourite places. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses ;) The accommodation has 2 beds of the following type: 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, 1 baby bed. The two bedrooms overlook a courtyard and are therefore very quiet. It is generally very appreciated by travellers for its view, its brightness, its character and its design. The accommodation also has a TERRACE with little opposite, which will be very much appreciated in summer! The accommodation has the following facilities: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Elevator. ## Emplacement The accommodation is located in the new and popular district of Lyon, the 7th, next to the Place Saint Louis! This is a trendy new district, where you can find a lot of restaurants, nice bars, galleries and architectural firms, while remaining a family district. A 10min walk along the banks of the Rhone is also a nice walk along the Rhone, from the Tete d'Or park to Gerland, even as far as Confluence, where you can stop to enjoy a terrace on the barges. Just on the banks, still 10min away from the apartment, is also the Tony Garnier nautical centre with its 2 large outdoor swimming pools (1 olympic pool and 1 swimming pool with water jets/swimmers and paddling pool). The banks of the Rhône offer a very pleasant walk where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet night and day! --- - Supermarket "Super U" : 2m on foot on the Saint Louis square - Pharmacy "La Madeleine" and Press / Tobacco point: 3m on foot - Bakery with very good bread also at 2min on foot on the place Saint Louis - A market on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday morning is held on the place Saint Louis at 2min (otherwise on other days on the place Jean Macé at 7min on foot) - for restaurants and bars, don't hesitate to go to Les Veilles Canailles, Café du Nain, Comptoir 113, Petit Bouclard, Bouillon Paradis, Bistrot des Fauves, ma petite Factory and Page for a delicious homemade ice cream! ## Transports - A stone's throw from the Saxe Gambetta (B and D lines) and Jean Macé (B line, TER) metro stations. - Metro direct to Old Lyon - Direct bus to the Hotel de Ville and Saint Jean (C14), the Tête d'Or park (C4) or Bellecour (C12) - Free and easy street parking in August
