Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: People at the reception desk were nice and friendly. The location is outstanding, with actual ski-in and ski-out access. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff reacts quickly to any issues. The sauna and the pool on the rooftop were just what we needed after the day of skiing. It was mostly empty after 6 PM. I would say we definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

Negative: Check-in is located at a different place, a bit frustrating. It's not very far - one lift and 10 minutes walking, but still, it took the entire group half an hour to wait. All instructions were in place, and I admit I didn't read them carefully, but I wish I could just pick up the keys at the hotel location. I got only 2 keys for a group of 5 people in a single three-bedroom room, I would like to have more. They do not provide the proper amount of soap and shampoo. In the kitchen, there was not even salt or pepper, which was a disappointment.
