Positive: Nice location, 15 mins to the city center by uber or tram. Convenient check-in with bluetooth doorlock.

Negative: Heating system wasn't working well. Coffee machine was broken. We notified the staff, they said they would come and fix it but we never heard anything from them anymore, they didnt reply to our messages and they didn't pick up the phone anymore. Also there was no hairdryer in the apartment. The apartment has so much potential but sadly is being mismanaged. :(
