Situated on the 3rd floor reached by lift and with a total of 6 tall arched windows to the fore overlooking the Campo towards the tipsily tilting bell tower of Santo Stefano – an exquisite apartment enrobed in sun-kissed Venetian spritz russets offset with pumice stone greys and comprising:
•A stylishly appointed sitting room with wooden beams overhead, wooden flooring topped with Kilim underfoot and luxuriously upholstered chairs and double sofa bed for lazy lounging with a view
•A fully fitted kitchen/dining room (also to the front of the apartment) with integrated appliances, a dining suite for 6 plus bar stool seating for 2 for keeping your nominated cook company at the stove
•The apartment’s delightful master bedroom – facing the Campo and home to a splendidly dressed double bed*, Oriental-style lanterns to either side, a built-in custom-made wardrobe, plus its own sparkling bathroom with twin wash hand basins and large shower
•A second double bedroom to the rear of the palazzo featuring another gorgeous double bed* (and again decked out in fine linens including cushions in Genevieve Gorder’s Art Deco style ‘Flock Onyx’ fabric), a separate walk-in dressing room to the side, plus a pristine en suite bathroom with a roll-top bathtub and separate shower which in turn leads to a south-facing balcony overlooking the rear of the palazzo.

Beside the ‘Mercatino San Maurizio’ Antiques Market held on certain dates throughout the year and a short stroll to the Accademia Galleries just across the Accademia Bridge, to 3 vaporetto (water-bus) stops – Accademia, Giglio and Sant’ Angelo – for easy travel about town, and to the traditional Traghetto at Santa Maria Del Giglio ferrying passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the laid-back and very beautiful Dorsoduro sestiere
***Please note that the operation of air conditioning and heating are subjected to the municipality regulation. Generally, the heating works from middle of October to middle of April, while air conditioning works between middle of Aprile to middle of October. Please contact us for further information.
