Quietly located among the vineyards, this old farmhouse was completely restored in 2003 to make it a charming family house which can accommodate 10 people with 5 bedrooms.
The main house comprises on the ground floor:
-an entrance located in a row with the living room and the kitchen. It gives access to toilets as well as to the staircase leading upstairs.
-a spacious kitchen (45m2) and functional with all household appliances.
The whole overlooks a tree-lined courtyard and a shaded pergola where meals can be taken.
-a living room (30m2) which opens onto another pergola. Comfortable with its sofas, library armchairs and nightclub, it is the ideal place to rest in the heat.
Upstairs :
-a large room of 30m2 with adjoining bathroom and enjoying a very nice view with its 3 windows.
-two bedrooms (15m2) with shared shower room and separate toilet. Each bedroom has a double bed convertible into two 80/200 beds
The outbuilding, located in the inner courtyard, has two bedrooms, each with its own entrance and access to the shower room.
The living room overlooks a large pergola which allows you to enjoy a magnificent 360 ° view with the vineyards and Dentelles de Montmirail.
The secure swimming pool (12mx4) is located away from the Pergola.
In the pool house there are mattresses and sun loungers.
