Positive: Indoor Swimming Pool

Negative: Getting to the Swimming Pool took nearly 15 minutes. You have to go down (-2 Level) and then come back up to the main level. The Door to enter the Pool was for Emergencies only. MADE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!!! We actually had to go to the Desk to ask for help! For a 4-Star Hotel and 320 Euros for 1 NIGHT ONLY, they did not have Lachs or Prosecco to offer at Breakfast. Also, you have to wait in line to be seated for Breakfast instead of seating yourself. All fruit juices were warm and not Chilled. Who drinks warm fruit juice? Disgusting! Air Conditioning only works in the Evening (it is on a timer, I think?) For this we had to go to the Reception (again) to ask how to turn on the A.C. If you want a good Hotel at a good price, this would be the wrong place. While my stay was pleasant, for this amount of Money I would not recommend this 4-Star hotel.
