Positive: This hotel is conveniently located at a walking distance from Zurich's main train station and tram station, which makes travel within the city a breeze. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was reasonable.

Negative: The rooms felt somewhat cramped, particularly with a double bed in place. Navigating the space became challenging after unpacking belongings.
