This holiday residence is located at the heart of Salento, near the town of Cutrofiano, in the deep south of Puglia. Equipped with air conditioning and a 6x4,5 m large pool it offers peace and quiet and complete relaxation, whilst not being far from the beaches of the Adriatic and the Ionian Sea.
The ground-floor, wheelchair-accessible, spacious holiday apartment of 60m² for up to nine people was built in 2014, using many original building materials. The apartment faces south and offers an open view of the extensive olive grove. In the living room with a well-equipped kitchen there is a ladder leading up to a gallery, where four people can sleep on four single beds (80 x 190cm). One bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses (each 80 x 200cm) and the other bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 190cm) and a single bed (80 x 190cm). The bathroom has a shower and WC. Internet access is available. Two cots are available (60 x 120cm) and there is a sofa bed (140 x 190cm), as well as four single beds on the gallery (80 x 190cm). The apartment can be heated with portable electric radiators if required (supplementary charge).

The 20,000m² plot of land, idyllically nestled among olive trees, provides plenty of space for sunbathing or for relaxing in the shade of olive trees. It is ideal for children to play around in. Parking spaces are available. On the photo one can see a little pool of 4 x 2 metres, in summer the owners then have a pool measuring 6 x 4.5 m. In addition, all guests can use a summer kitchen and a garden shower.
There are shops and restaurants about 4km away in town.
