Located on the 2nd floor of a picturesque village house dating back to 1914, this 3-room apartment offers a unique living experience. Without the convenience of a lift, this historic house is known to have once belonged to the artist Franz Baumberger. His fondness for the colour of the champagne label "Veuve Clicquot" inspired him to have the entire house painted in this particular shade. The flat itself is comprehensively equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It has two bedrooms that guarantee a comfortable stay for guests. A baby cot is available for the youngest visitors, while the kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as an oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Lake Walensee can be reached by bus or after a short 5-minute drive and offers wonderfully refreshing moments. Buses run every half hour in the direction of Weesen and Ziegelbrücke or every hour up to the Arvenbüel district.
