Positive: We stayed here in between two long hiking stretches through the mountains, and it was the perfect stop to rest and recharge. The location is right in the heart of the charming little Valley Maggia, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the town. The host was super friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Even though the restaurant wasn’t fully open to the public, he still prepared dinner for us, which was such a nice gesture. The terrace was a great spot to relax in the evening, and breakfast the next morning was lovely-with free pastries and fresh local produce to choose from. A really cozy and enjoyable stay! And as a sweet surprise, we were even gifted a jar of homemade jam when we left.

Negative: Just a heads-up: the rooms are in an older building, so while everything was clean and comfortable, the standard is more on the simple side (he charm of the place and the warm hospitality more than made up for that)
