Positive: Perfect location, spacious, surprisingly well equipped including a washing machine and a drying machine, spacious bathroom and terrace, helpful host. Many extra things prepared - coffee Nespresso capsules, tea bags, oil, vinegar, cooking spices, a lot of clean towels of different sizes.

Negative: It's on the more expensive side, but you get really great accommodation for your money. No view on the lake.
