The apartment is divided into a bedroom with double or twin beds, a living room, a separate kitchen with own dining table and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with shower. Both bedroom and living room are equipped with a flat screen satellite Television. The separate kitchen provides the most modern technologies just like dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, fridge with freezer, cooking plates, dishes, cutlery and much more. The needed ration of coffee capsules for your breakfast is provided for free. The furnished balcony opens its view an all Ortisei, running through Val Gardena up to the feet of the Dolomites. You will enjoy a Wi-Fi connection, towels, linen and bathroom amenities for free use.

You can also take a cozy 20-minute walk to the town center, through the hiking and biking path, which starts few steps from the house away.
Also, the hiking paths of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage called Dolomites, do start directly in front of the house, in direction of the Alpe di Siusi / Seiser Alm. For the joy of your children, you will find a public child playground only 50 meters from your flat. Restaurants, bars, horse riding, tennis court, ATM are all in walking distance.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
