Positive: This little Ammi apartment hotel has a perfect location and it is easy to reach: There is a main tram line on Avenue Jean Medecin, with a stop in Massena, just next to the location of this Ammi-hotel on Rue Massena. These rented apartments are fresh & clean, with their own bathrooms, kitchen & facilities. Breakfast is good and is available, even though they have such a tiny breakfast room. They have very friendly and welcoming personnel in the reception. And what's more, there is luggage storage available until 7 pm on the day you are leaving the city of Nizza.

Negative: The breakfast room is so tiny: try to squeeze in 😊. But their breakfast is good.
