Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool secured (3 x 8 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with alarm system. Steep motor access.
