To discover: Perpignan, the anchovy of Collioure, the vineyard of Banyuls, the muscat of Rivesaltes, the apricot of Roussillon, the oyster of Leucate, Port-Barcarès, the beach of St Cyprien and Collioure, one of the jewels of the Côte Vermeille. There are many hiking trails, water sports you can do as well as theme parks. Take a boat trip and go fishing or whale and dolphin watching! You can also book helicopter flights to fly over the Canigou, the Côte Vermeille or the Châteaux Cathares.
